FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything people usually ask before putting an AI employee to work.

What exactly is an AI employee?

An autonomous worker that owns one marketing job — SEO, ads, content, social, analytics, CRO — end to end. It watches its area, analyses what changed, drafts finished work, and asks for your approval before anything ships. It's not a chat window you have to babysit.

Does anything go live without my approval?

No. Every change is drafted, queued for your review, and ships only after a recorded approval. There's a full audit trail of who approved what and why, and every shipped change has one-click rollback.

What do I need to connect?

Your website, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to start. Optionally your CMS (for publishing approved changes), ad accounts and social accounts. We orchestrate the stack you already have — nothing gets replaced.

How fast do I see value?

Within about 24 hours of connecting, your workforce has studied your site and data and put its first findings and drafted work in front of you.

How is this different from AI tools I already use?

Tools wait for a prompt and answer out of context. AI employees carry your brand's memory, work on a schedule, and hand you finished work — the difference between owning a job and answering a question.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

It's built by one. Mayil Digital has spent 6+ years running marketing for growing brands. The workforce does the always-on, repetitive work; people — yours or ours — set direction and approve.

What happens to my data?

It stays in your workspace, isolated from every other client. It's never used to train shared models without your explicit consent, and retention and deletion are documented.

Can I edit what it drafts?

Yes. Every item can be approved, edited-then-approved, or rejected with a reason. Your edits and rejections feed the brand memory, so drafts keep getting closer to your voice.

What if it makes a mistake?

Nothing ships without your sign-off, so mistakes get caught in review. If something wrong does ship, every change is reversible with one click — and the correction teaches the system.

Who is this for?

Founders and marketing leaders at small and mid-market companies who need marketing work done — not another dashboard to check — and teams that want to multiply their output without growing headcount.
